Acting as an arbitrator appointed by the parties, chair of the arbitral tribunal, and sole arbitrator. Preparing numerous opinions on the prospects of arbitration proceedings in a number of leading arbitration institutions (VIAC, ICC, SCC, LCIA, ICAC at the CCI of the Russian Federation, CAS at the BelCCI, ICAC at the CCI of Ukraine), including the application of foreign law (in particular, the law of Cyprus, Sweden, England, the USA, France, Austria, Germany, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Lithuania, and Hungary).

Acting as a representative of a party in arbitration proceedings conducted under the rules of the ICC, SCC, ICAC at the CCI, and CAS at the BCCI. Among the most significant projects:

  • Representing the defendant in the Arbitration Court of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce in a dispute over the performance of a FIDIC turnkey construction contract worth over USD 30 million;
  • Representing the defendant in the Arbitration Court of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce in a dispute over the performance of an international contract for the sale of chemical substances governed by German law;
  • Representing a Singaporean client in expedited arbitration proceedings administered by the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce in a dispute against a Hungarian coal buyer for more than USD 1 million;
  • Representing the claimant in the Arbitration Court of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in a dispute between a Cypriot and a Polish company over the performance of a consulting services agreement (under Cypriot and Polish law);
  • Representing the claimant in the Arbitration Court of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in a dispute between a Belarusian and a Czech company over the compliance of the delivered equipment with quality requirements.

Work as part of the team of the national consultant of the Republic of Belarus in an investment dispute in ICSID against Delta Holding Belarus B.V.

Supporting a large number of projects related to the protection of intellectual property rights (including global and international aspects), drafting intellectual property agreements (development agreements, assignment agreements, licenses, franchising agreements), and protecting trade secrets and personal data.

Experience also includes conducting legal due diligence, drafting contracts of various types and complexity, including those governed by foreign law.
